Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.
## What you’ll do
Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives related to business operations. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements. Specific responsibilities to include the following:
Support Financial Calendar
\- Partner with finance to coordinate/prepare Quarterly Operations Reviews, Quarterly Forecast Reviews, Balance Sheet Reviews and Annual Operating Plan OpEx and CapEx forecasting
\- Support the roll-up of Annual Operating Plan OpEx and CapEx forecasting
\- Lead internal alignment on financial reviews for the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) organization and communicate results to the department leadership team
