## The impact you’ll make

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support Lam Research Malaysia’s growth. This is a fixed‑term (12‑month) contract position. You will develop and administer recruiting programs, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and determine the best sourcing strategies. Your efforts will promote Lam’s employer brand, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also support initiatives such as campus engagement, internship and graduate hiring program, contributing to Lam’s reputation as an employer of choice.

## What you’ll do

Talent Acquisition Execution

* Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
* Partner with hiring managers to document job requirements and open requisitions.
* Source candidates through job boards, colleges and other platforms.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Document candidate evaluations and interview feedback.
* Support hiring managers in offer development and negotiation.
