## What you’ll do
* Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery.
* Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure achievement of deliverables.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to progress.
* Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
* Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
