Lambda's mission is to make compute as ubiquitous as electricity and give everyone the power of superintelligence. One person, one GPU.

*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

The Capital Markets & Corporate Development (CMCD) team sits at the center of how Lambda funds and scales its infrastructure. We lead debt and equity capital raises, evaluate strategic transactions, and partner closely with executives, investors, and external advisors to execute high-impact deals.

As a CMCD Intern, you’ll build a centralized source of truth for market comparables across debt, equity, and M&A transactions. This work directly informs live capital raises and strategic decisions. You’ll contribute to real transactions, develop investor-grade materials, and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the company and external partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own consolidated databases for debt, equity and transaction comparables to support live deal execution

  • Evaluate and present potential M&A targets, including preparing supporting financial analyses
