Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships, APAC, you’ll lead the development and growth of Klaviyo’s channel and alliances ecosystem across Asia–Pacific. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role that combines team leadership, partner enablement, and market expansion.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing our top‑tier Commercial partner book of business in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), managed by our Commercial PAMs.
  • Building and scaling a high‑performing Commercial partner team in Asia and developing a reseller and alliances channel across Asia to accelerate regional growth.

You will treat Channel & Alliances as a core revenue engine – not a side program – by running a disciplined, data‑driven operating rhythm, embedding structured co‑sell motions with Sales and CS, and putting AI‑first practices at the center of how the team plans, executes, and reports.
