Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Operations & Configuration Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role combines operational execution, technical collaboration, and analytical capabilities to ensure efficient tool production and supply chain optimization. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, supporting global tool delivery and configuration excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the global tool build plan, interfacing closely with the US factory to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with production schedules
Execute and support daily operational activities within the supply chain team and act as the key link between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers through strong stakeholder communication
Optimize BOM and tool configurations to improve cost, availability, and scalability from a supply chain perspective
Provide technical supply chain analysis, supporting engineering collaboration and ensuring robust, manufacturable tool configurations
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Strong technical understanding enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
Proven experience in supply chain operations, planning, or manufacturing environments
Experience with BOM management, configuration control, or product lifecycle management is preferred
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems especially SAP experience is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Structured problem-solving and decision-making capability

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
