Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Within this 9 month FTC position the Accounts Payable Administrator will undertake day-to-day processing responsibilities to allow existing SSC staff to support various project work throughout 2026. This will include, & is not limited to, timely & accurate processing of invoices, payments & vendor queries. This role will be within the Shared Service Centre’s transactional finance team which is currently made up of 11 team members & supports 10 European entities.
The successful candidate must be customer driven, proactive & a good communicator with previous experience in an AP role within a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment

- Strong knowledge of AP processes & controls along with experience of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) & exposure to automation tools
- Excellent organisational skills & strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (English speaker) & exposure to working with multinational teams
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum Qualifications
Experience within a transactional finance position
AAT advantageous
