Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities across enterprise functions, including HR, Corporate Services, Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations. The role involves partnering with global stakeholders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery of financial insights that enable effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including forecasts, outlooks, and budget submissions.
- Partner with budget owners to validate assumptions, identify risks, and assess opportunities.
- Perform monthly variance analysis (Actuals vs Forecast vs Plan) and provide detailed narratives on key drivers.
- Track and analyse headcount movements, people costs, and vendor spend across functions.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data, including invoices, accruals, and cost allocations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting timelines, and audit requirements.
- Provide timely responses to leadership queries and support decision-making with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency through automation and standardization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within KEF financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, CA Fresher or with 1-year relevant experience
- Relevant experience in financial planning, reporting, or business finance
- Exposure to enterprise functions (HR, Legal, Corporate Services, Tax) is an advantage.
