Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Solutions Engineer to support Silicon Photonics (SiPh) test solutions for semiconductor customers, including foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.
This role combines pre‑sales technical support with post‑sales customer account technical support, working closely with customer test and engineering teams to ensure successful solution adoption, ramp‑up, and ongoing operation in R&D, NPI, and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Post‑Sales Customer Account Technical Support (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts after solution deployment.
- Provide ongoing post‑sales technical support to ensure successful installation, ramp‑up, optimization, and steady‑state operation of SiPh test solutions.
