Responsibilities
Keysight utilizes many custom ASICs in their world class test and measurement equipment. Here in Colorado Springs, we perform wafer tests (8” and 12”), wafer mapping, and final package tests across a variety of devices. This role will support all production activities to ensure we continue to meet customer shipment expectations. In addition, this role is critical in the introduction of new products to ensure tests (HW and SW) are documented, and ready for release to production. Our main testers are 93K systems from Advantest. We are expanding our test systems and may move to different high pin-density testers to better meet future needs. This role will help define the next generation of equipment requirements.
