Responsibilities

Keysight's semiconductor fab is expanding and looking for a Equipment Engineer within our Advanced Packaging and Die Fab Team. In this position, you will:

Own and serve as the technical expert for a suite of manufacturing equipment supporting our advanced packaging or die fab area.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to die attach, auto sorters, wire bonders, encapsulation, and packaging equipment.

Coordinate vendor service visits for preventive and corrective maintenance events.

Drive the capital equipment purchasing process, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and installation/acceptance support.

Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventative maintenance and repair procedures (including documentation and training as needed).
