Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. 

Prepares correspondence, reports, etc. Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves routine and
complex inquiries. Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements. Works with marketing and knowledge engineering to execute price list updates.

Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.

3 years relevant experience.

Fluent in Microsoft Office application suite.

Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
