Responsibilities


1. Drive Sales Growth

  • Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound and inbound activities such as calls, emails, and lead follow‑ups.
  • Grow business from both new and existing customers through up‑selling and cross‑selling.

2. Manage the Full Sales Cycle

  • Support and coordinate the entire sales cycle, from pre‑sales discussions, complex quoting, demo organisation, clsoing business, and organising post sales support.
  • Assist in preparing commercial offers, tender responses, quotes, and order bookings.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/customer databases.

3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships

  • Interpret customer needs and develop long‑lasting partnerships by providing strong product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
