Responsibilities
The Wireless IST team is seeking a proactive Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross‑functional hardware programs from concept through customer delivery. The TPM drives schedules, risks, communication, and alignment across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, support, and customer teams to deliver integrated radio subsystems meeting stringent performance and qualification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution across R&D, IST, manufacturing, and supply chain, and customer teams.
- Serve as the primary program interface to the customer TPM, internal leadership, and engineering organizations.
- Ensure all functions are aligned on priorities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and required milestones.
