KAYAK is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Kaunas office to create exceptional in‑office experiences that help teams connect and collaborate. As a part time member of the Global Workplace Experience team, you’ll work 25 hours per week together with our Office Manager to drive daily operations, first impressions for new hires, and engaging on‑site events, shaping the small moments that boost engagement and productivity. If you love a fast-paced environment and running smooth, welcoming workplace environments and making a meaningful impact on people's experience, this role is for you.
This role will be required to work from our Kaunas office 5 days per week with occasional work in our Vilnius space.
