If so, we are seeking an engineer to help us perform research, development, design, analysis and prototyping of next generation reentry systems, hypersonic vehicles, and enabling technologies to advance our Nation's premiere strategic weapons systems. As a Reentry System Mechanical Engineer…

  • You will collaborate with cross-discipline teams to develop advanced reentry system designs and prototypes
  • Responsible for the design of the hypersonic reentry vehicle through the full product lifecycle (Design, Build, and Test)
  • Develop and maintain product designs and specifications associated with hardware, work with in-house facilities, procurement, and external suppliers to develop systems
  • Lead trade studies on vehicle design concepts and system use cases
