If so, we're looking for you to join our team as a Financial Analyst in the Research and Exploratory Development Department (REDD) at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

 

REDD’s goal is to accelerate innovation and work collaboratively with the APL Sectors and Mission Areas to realize technology breakthroughs and transitions that solve mission-critical problems in national security, space, and biological sciences. As a Financial Analyst in our Department Operations Group, you’ll play a critical role in managing elements of our overhead portfolio and provide strategic analysis that enables REDD’s leadership team to make game-changing decisions. You'll be joining a hard-working team that provides exceptional business operations support to our stakeholders.

 

As a Financial Analyst you will...

  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to play an active role in the overall financial success and operational efficiency of our overhead portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, accurate financial briefings to senior leaders with an emphasis on insight, precision, and clarity.
  • Analyze, prepare, and present comprehensive monthly financial reports in excel on the fiscal/operational health of our overhead portfolio.
