We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Yerevan.
What you’ll do
Accounts payable
- Review vendor invoices and requisitions for payment approval.
- Obtain information and data regarding vendor invoice payments.
- Interact with other departments regarding invoice approval and any purchase order discrepancies or disputes.
- Ensure a smooth workflow stream of vendor invoices and their booking in the ERP.
- Prepare payments using online banking systems.
- Process and handle reconciliation for credit card payments and petty cash transactions.
- Process travel and business expenses.
General
- Participate in book-closing routines.
- Contribute to process optimization and relevant projects.
- Perform other relevant tasks as delegated.
What we are looking for
- A combination of education and experience relevant to the role.
- The desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise.
- Familiarity with ERP tools and systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical, communicative, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Armenian.
