You’ll be the local face of the company, helping us operate compliantly and sustainably while supporting a healthy, productive office environment.
Responsibilities
- Compliance and governance: Carry out customary and legally required duties related to the maintenance and governance of the local entity in China. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory standards, including labor, corporate, and tax. Establish and maintain local policies and controls in line with global company policies.
- Representing the company: Act as JetBrains’ local representative within the assigned areas, conduct negotiations with vendors, sign contracts and official documents within sub-delegated authority, and ensure the local office operates in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Strategy and alignment: Ensure the local operations run smoothly, provide feedback and strategic advice to the CAO, and align local execution with shareholder interests and corporate goals.
