You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving advanced manufacturing equipment in a high-tech, cleanroom environment, contributing directly to safety, quality, and production performance.
Job Responsibilities
The Module Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving manufacturing equipment performance. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment
- Disassemble, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation
- Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance; coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret equipment and performance data to improve tool reliability, availability, and module performance
- Document system failures; update and create equipment specifications to support maintenance and performance improvements
- Partner with engineering teams to execute experiments, tool configuration changes, and data collection activities
