Do you enjoy solving complex problems at scale? Join Intel’s Core HW Design team and help optimize one of the world’s largest private compute clouds powering next-gen CPU development.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities
• Improve performance, utilization, and efficiency of large-scale compute systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to implement and validate improvements
• Engage with users to enhance the overall design environment

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Student for Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
• At Least 4 semesters left till graduation.
• Availability to work 3-4 days per week.
• Knowledge of Script Language programming (e.g. Python, Perl, Java) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system, environment and network is an advantage.
• Fast and motivated learner with the ability to work independently.
• Customer oriented with a strong team player approach.
