As a PDK Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Intel's process design capabilities. Your mission will involve leading a team of talented engineers focused on developing and validating Process Design Kits (PDKs) that enable design teams to create Intel's groundbreaking products across diverse process nodes. By collaborating with cross-functional teams across Intel, you will ensure robust methodologies that enhance product quality, streamline workflows, and empower innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team focused on the development and QA of PDK collateral, including design rules verification, parasitic extraction, fill algorithms, PERC ESD checks, and reliability verification across multiple process nodes and EDA tools.
- Drive the creation and execution of regression testcases and test suites to validate PDK functionality, automate regression runs, debug failures to address issues prior to release.
- Conduct root cause analysis of design challenges tied to specific process technologies and spearhead initiatives to enhance design methodologies for high-quality solutions.
