The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (Sr. Director of FP&A) will be a critical, strategic leadership role at Instructure. Reporting to the SVP of Finance & Strategy, the Senior Director of FP&A will lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, business modeling, and analytical efforts to drive financial performance and support the company's growth to $1B+ of ARR. This leader will serve as a key business partner to the Executive Leadership Team and departmental heads, translating operational metrics into financial outcomes and providing actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Lead the annual operating plan process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives and growth targets.
Develop and maintain SaaS financial metrics and models to support strategic initiatives and potential M&A analysis.
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive financial discipline and strategic focus across all departments.
