Your role and responsibilities

This specialty requires Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge. 

Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements. 

Focuses on presales support such as, but not limited to, proposal support and inventory review. 

This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships.

Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to support for delivery of products to clients world-wide. 

Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related process. 

Execution of defined processes must be in line with business controls and meet business objectives.

Bachelors Degree holder.

Shift: Rotation (Day-Mid)
Work Set Up: Hybrid (3x RTO)
Work Location: IBM Eastwood office

Language Required: English and Japanese

 

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Q2C Process Enhancement: Exposure to identifying areas for process improvements in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes, including supply and demand management transactions. • Advanced Transaction Management: Experience working with complex transactions, such as contract negotiations and special billing arrangements, to support business growth. • Fulfillment Process Optimization: Exposure to analyzing and optimizing fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and meet changing business objectives.
