💼 About the Role

As a Lead Partner Development Manager (PDM), Core, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales through marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across India.

🔧 In This Role, You’ll:

  • Lead a portfolio of 15-25 small to medium sized services based partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets.
  • Drive business strategy and go-to-market growth by working directly with business owners and key function leads within partner businesses.
  • Influence decision-makers by building trust to secure buy-in for key HubSpot programs and initiatives that drive mutual success.
  • Co-create and execute strategies to grow revenue, expand market presence, and deepen customer impact.
  • Champion HubSpot’s Customer Platform by driving enablement, co-marketing, joint selling, and more.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering), collaborating with senior stakeholders to share insights, provide feedback, and drive innovation.
