Job Description:
The Resident Engineer role is a highly technical role, providing post-sales support for network products for Cox Communications. The Resident Engineer will be required to develop and maintain expertise on the products deployed or to be deployed within the customer’s network. The Resident Engineer provides direct post-sales systems on-site technical support for reactive and proactive day-to-day customer network operations support.
