Cloud Ops Suite Engineer(クラウド オペレーション スイート エンジニア)として、中堅企業のお客様およびチャネルパートナーをサポートする実践的な技術エキスパートとしての役割を担っていただきます。

主な職務内容は、イネーブルメントセッションの提供、PoC(概念実証)におけるパートナーの支援およびトレーニング、そして Cloud Ops Suiteソリューションのポジショニングと導入におけるパートナーのサポートです。

主な業務内容】

顧客対応およびPoC実施

  • 顧客の課題ヒアリング、技術プレゼンテーション、ライブデモの実施
  • パートナー支援およびPoCの主導(VM EssentialsおよびMorpheus Enterprise中心)、VMwareや他のハイパーバイザーからの移行・拡張支援
  • HPEの営業、プリセールス、製品チームと連携し、スムーズなソリューション引き渡しと一貫した技術的メッセージの提供

フィールド対応およびコラボレーション

  • ·現場からの構造的なフィードバックを提供し、トレーニング、コンテンツ、およびツールの改善に貢献
