Job description
from Google careersThe Deal Pricing and Monetization (DPM) team is instrumental in shaping and executing GCP's strategy to win large, complex deals for Google Cloud – at the right price and at scale. DPM is responsible for structuring large and complex deals (multi-million / billion dollar deals) and GTM constructs that meet customer needs, while driving GCP’s revenue and profitability, and ensuring risk mitigation and operational feasibility.
In this role, you will lead executive-level initiatives to evolve our commercial models. By bridging strategy and real-world complexity, you will creatively structure high-impact, non-standard deals that drive business transformation. These deal experiences will empower you to pinpoint and identify friction points within the existing framework, leading to opportunities that optimize product differentiation and re-architect commercial framework that ensure sound economics. You will lead cross-functional efforts—spanning Sales, Product, and Finance—to move partnerships from strategy to execution.
Additionally, you will build scalable frameworks and modernize processes, systems and policies to accelerate deal velocity. Blending deal-making intuition with programmatic excellence, you will integrate your deal experience with DPM expertise to drive commercial excellence. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs, navigating ambiguity and technical migrations to deliver global commercial solutions while maintaining robust risk controls.
