Responsibilities

  • Act as the specialist for a Named Account List (NAL) of accounts, co-pitch with promoters to drive adoption of partnership ads, YouTube engagement ads, and YouTube/shopping/commerce solutions. Be responsible for regional YouTube overall business growth with existing members in the region.
  • Work with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business, existing YouTube specialists, and the YouTube Partnerships (YTP) and Community Partner Manager (CPM) teams to build the quality experience for the advertisers to work with creators and brands.
  • Be the owner of the Go-to-Market (GTM)/on-platform business growth and make strategy including business and marketing, business enablement, and product strategy to shape the future of products in the region.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales or product activation, specifically managing YouTube/video campaigns branding (reach) and performance (ROAS/CPA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy using data (VTR, ROAS, brand lift) to identify market bottlenecks and build compelling business cases.
  • Experience pitching to C-level executives by articulating brand vs performance value.
  • Familiarity with YouTube’s commerce-focused suite (demand generation, merchant center, partnership ads) and the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/e-commerce/omnisales verticals,
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into executive-ready stories that influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to manage complex workflows and deal trackers in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward action.
