Business Operations Program Manager, Global Data Centers (English, German)

As a Data Center Business Operations Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance agreements of data center related systems. You will lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects, collaborating with other stakeholders (e.g., Environment, Health, and Safety department). You will actively support local data center technicians by ensuring they are sufficiently informed regarding relevant processes.You will serve as a local escalation point for finance related matters. You will support the site management and other Business Operations Program Managers (BPMs) in maintaining key metrics, providing data, and conducting analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Drive annual budget development aligned with objectives, providing estimates for operational and capital budgets while regularly reviewing and communicating variance analysis and clear insights.</li>
<li>Evaluate proposals using structured decision-making and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.</li>
<li>Gather and analyze cost data, support management in maintaining key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for planning.</li>
<li>Manage the on-boarding process for new suppliers by providing local language assistance, guidance on legal compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for audits.</li>
<li>Execute assignments across varying supervision levels with self-initiative and adaptability, co-ordinating tenders and agreements for essential services including mechanical and electrical maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.</li>

<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li> 2 years of experience in program or project management.</li>
<li>Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region</li>
</ul><br><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul>
<li>Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.</li>
<li>Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local authority requirements to ensure the successful running of the data center.</li>
