Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In this role, you will work as part of a co-located trio of Product, User Experience (UX), and Engineering to develop features to make the desktop more accessible. You will build features that a significant portion of the world will see, use, and love. Your impact will scale across the countless industries from Google to global governments and non-profit that rely on the web to get things done.

- Write product requirement documents for features and work closely with cross-functional partners (Product, User Experience (UX), and Engineering partners) to define all aspects of the experience.
- Define the goals and roadmap for new opportunities on desktop and secure buy-in from leadership for your plans.
- Articulate defined product goals in a way that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and competing priorities.
- Take new functionality to market, guiding features through the launch process and landing them externally in coordination with Marketing and Public Relations (PR).
- Analyze research and experiment results to refine features and make investment decisions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in business functions, ideally working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with building accessible software or 1 year of experience in software development/engineering.
- Experience building consumer-facing software and experience delivering features.
- Experience working with data and doing data analysis.
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel across different stages of the development lifecycle.
