Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire engineering candidates across all levels for Google Cloud Silicon initiatives. Lead the strategy for our custom silicon recruiting roadmap, achieving quarterly goals while aligning with hardware execution cycles.
- Partner with senior engineering leaders as a domain expert. Use market insights to shape talent engagement, interview processes, and organizational design for specialized silicon teams.
- Develop and maintain pipelines for specialized talent. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create candidate experiences through outreach strategies, employment branding, and assessment processes. Share market intelligence on industry trends and talent pools to improve sourcing across the silicon life-cycle.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting within the semiconductor, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure industries.
- 3 years of recruiting experience in one of the following domains: Silicon Engineering (e.g., Computer Architecture, Silicon Design, Physical Design, CAD, or Product and Test), Hardware Engineering, or Technical Infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience solving operational problems as an individual contributor.
- Experience closing executive-level technical candidates and navigating structures within the silicon industry.
- Familiarity with the semiconductor and AI accelerator landscape, including the silicon life-cycle from pre-silicon to post-silicon.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence engineering leadership and working across a global team.
