As a Privacy Engineer, you are a Growth Architect embedded directly within the business to manage end-to-end privacy design for Global Business Organization initiatives. You will identify opportunities within technical and policy reforms to support business growth. By partnering with executive leadership, you will provide technical guidance for business projects, ensuring that Google continues to lead in innovation without compromising on user trust. You will collaborate with product teams to innovate by transforming privacy into technical frameworks.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
