from Google careersAs an Architecture Manager within the Customer Engineering organization, you will lead and coach a team of Principal Architects. Your focus will be on team strategy and professional development, empowering your architects to build trusted advisory relationships with strategic accounts. You will be responsible for managing team performance and ensuring the team effectively engages with CxOs to identify customer priorities and deliver significant business value.
You will direct the execution of the team by providing a clear technical goal and business insight, ensuring they operate as executive hybrid technical and business advisors. As a manager, you are responsible for the team's success, aligning individual goals with Google Cloud's objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure team of Principal Architects accurately articulates the total value of technical solutions and strengthens the overall business partnership with Google Cloud.
