from Google careersThe YouTube Business Central Planning and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning, business operations, incentives design and operations, product partnerships strategy, and go-to-market for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
As the Business Operations Manager for YouTube’s Go-to-Market Operations team, you will work closely with the leadership team to help the business grow, ensuring our teams are executing against YouTube’s most critical priorities and driving consistency around our ongoing operations. You will refine and drive operating processes for the team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), establish new motions for monitoring operational and business metrics, and ensure alignment across the team on our most strategic initiatives.
Your understanding of the team’s work and your ability to analyze a challenge with structured thinking and a sense for process will help propel strategic priorities across the team. You are comfortable with ambiguity and you adapt your approach to reconcile with changing priorities, directions, and guidance. You are comfortable working cross-functionally in a results-driven environment, have an experience of managing engaging priorities, and want to be part of an innovative global team forging new ground in the world of technology and entertainment
