from Google careersThe YouTube Business Central Planning and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning, business operations, incentives design and operations, product partnerships strategy, and go-to-market for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
As a Business Operations Senior Associate, you will work closely with the leadership team to help the business grow and operate effectively, ensure senior leaders are set up to deliver in key internal and external moments, and drive strategic projects in support of critical priorities. You will build strong relationships broadly across the business, refine and drive operating processes for major internal and external leadership moments, and coordinate initiatives to improve our organizational structure and operating model.
