The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000-$112,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, onboard new team members.
- Manage a fast-moving and calendar schedule while interfacing with executives across Cloud and Alphabet, proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient use of leader time.
- Exhibit organizational skills and a sense of urgency, with high attention-to-detail and ability to think strategically and prioritize often competing tasks.
- Plan, manage and execute team cadences and events (digital and in person), all teams, summits and forums, and other celebrations milestones, while contributing to the improvement of team operations and rhythm of business.
- Promote Google’s culture as a role model by helping to develop and cultivate excitement and productivity in the organization.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
