As a Product Support Manager (PSMs) within the gUP Home team, you will translate user feedback and support data into actionable insights that shape the future of our Home portfolio.
You will be responsible for defining and executing support strategies for Google Home product areas within Google's gUP performance and development organization. You will work to ensure users receive helpful and trusted experiences.
In this role, you will require an understanding of the user journey, a passion for product quality, and the ability to engage strategically in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
