from Google careersThe Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the company priorities with day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas, as well as global teams that work across the business areas.
As a Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will be the bridge between regional strategy and technical execution, working in direct partnership with sales leadership, and will lead the transition toward operations.
You have a focus on operational excellence, with a dedication for continuous process improvement and identifying opportunities for innovation. You can distill complex business needs into executable automated workflows, partnering with the stakeholders to ensure our operations are as advanced as the products we sell. You will extract insights from the processes you have designed to support leadership decision making. You navigate between strategic planning and the technical details of our sales engine. You will evaluate existing workflows, extract insights from our data, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
