Business Program Manager, Intake and Mobilization Team

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more). br h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Manage user feedback, outreach, and documentation (SOPs) to ensure program health. /li li Streamline the team’s business, including sprint planning and event calendars. /li li Lead bi-weekly Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and providing strategic communication support to leadership. /li li Implement workflows that increase efficiency, reduce rework, and enable data-driven investment decisions. /li li Contribute to the growth and culture of the gUP organization. /li /ul h3 Minimum qualifications: /h3 ul li Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. /li li 2 years of experience in project or program management within an organization. /li li Experience with stakeholder management. /li /ul br…
