You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. As part of this mission, we are undertaking a critical transformation to migrate our IT Asset Management (ITAM) ecosystem encompassing Hardware, Software, and Operations IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ServiceNow. This isn't just another ITAM implementation; it's a transformation of how Google manages its global technology estate throughout the entire asset lifecycle. We are seeking an experienced and passionate ServiceNow ITAM Technical Lead to be the foundational expert for our Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and ITOM integration efforts.
