APAC Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, Data Strength

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.
This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health). This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas.
Responsibilities
- Be the Data Strength and Activation expert for the region.
- Identify, develop and execute the go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of foundational data solutions among advertisers and partners for the APAC region.
- Work with Market Sales Specialists and Global Product Leads to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects working with stakeholder sets.
- Design regional activation programs collaboratively.
- Influence product and sales leaders and cross-functional teams towards strategies and features that will help accelerate APAC Large Customer Sales (LCS) business growth and eliminate systemic issues acting as roadblocks to product and feature adoption.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Media Measurement.
- Understanding of marketing and experience in working with advertisers and agencies.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to convey information and ideas, build relationships, navigate conflicts, and influence others.
