We’re seeking results‑driven Application Security Sales Executive to accelerate adoption and growth of GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) across our most strategic customers. This role blends strategic sales execution, deep application security expertise, and trusted technical engagement. You’ll operate as a customer‑facing subject matter expert—equally comfortable in executive conversations and deep technical discussions with security, platform, and developer teams.

 

This is a highly visible role for someone who is technically curious, customer‑obsessed, and motivated to drive real security and business outcomes.


Responsibilities

Lead Technical & Strategic Engagements

  • Lead technical sales motions including discovery, demo, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).

  • Deliver compelling customer presentations, clearly articulating value and addressing technical and business challenges in live settings.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing unique insights that help customers think differently about securing modern software development.
