Team
The Genesys Global Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence (COE SPC) provides expert security advisory services to Sales, Pre-sales, Customers, and Partners. The team is the single point of contact for all security, privacy, and compliance-related field engagements within the Genesys Cloud Business Unit.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Security Analyst / Audit Operations Engineer as part of our Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) team for Genesys Cloud customer audits and evidence-related engagements within the COE SPC team.

This is a hands-on technical security role, not a compliance or GRC position. We are looking for a security engineer who can deeply understand systems, analyse technical evidence, and confidently defend it with highly technical security and audit stakeholders.
