As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be delivering growth of General Mills Pet by meeting and exceeding business targets in Neighborhood Pet / Independent Pet Store retail accounts in the Midwest market: MN, IA, ND, and SD.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
SELLING & INFLUENTIAL COMMUNICATION
- Grow General Mills Pet by selling new and existing products into Neighborhood Pet / Independent Pet Store accounts within your territory
- Serve as the primary contact for store owners, managers, and distributor representatives
- Conduct business reviews with customers to assess sales results and identify future opportunities
- Deliver effective customer education and build strong, productive relationships
