The GIC Supply Chain team manages end-to-end operations, encompassing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and analytics. They strategically plan to meet market demands, optimize sourcing, ensure efficient production, and oversee the seamless movement of goods from production to delivery. The team employs advanced analytics throughout these processes, fostering adaptability and operational excellence. Purpose of the role
The purpose of the CRA (Customer Replenishment Analyst) role is to proactively improve customer service outcomes by analyzing inventory, demand signals, and order execution to ensure strong in stock performance and minimize supply chain inefficiencies.
CRAs partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and customers to plan events, manage item lifecycle risks, and drive actions that improve casefill, forecast alignment, and overall service reliability.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities :
Item Lifecycle, Forecasting & Reporting
Manage product lifecycle activities, including setups, discontinuances, and conversions, by validating SAP connections, and ensuring seamless execution.
Lead forecasting and reporting by analyzing customer portal data, identifying variances, and sharing insights with internal teams.
Inventory Management & Issue Resolution
Drive inventory planning through tracker monitoring, flagging critical SKUs, and aligning with Sales and Replenishment teams to support timely shipments and promotions.
Resolve exceptions and out-of-stocks by identifying root causes and collaborating with cross-functional teams on corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support
Collaborate with NAR CRA counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency in processes
Partner with Sales, Demand, Deployment, PSM, and COS to align on customer needs, promotions, and service initiatives.
Support customer events and displays by ensuring inventory availability and fulfilment readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management
- 3+ years of relevant experience in customer fulfilment, account management, or other relevant fields
Required Skills/Experience
- Background in Supply Chain within FMCG industry
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across internal and external stakeholders
- Superior time management with proven ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

- Proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is considered an asset
