As an SFA in the Corporate Controller’s Group, you will have the opportunity to lead the North American processes for technical accounting and controls supporting treasury and stock compensation accounting, as well as related initiatives. You will partner with multiple internal and external teams in order to maintain external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements. Additionally, you will play an important role in supporting key enterprise initiatives to support our Accelerate strategy.
This role offers many unique developmental opportunities, including:
- Involvement in key enterprise initiatives, primarily supporting treasury, financing, and stock compensation projects
- Frequent exposure to leaders within Treasury, Tax, Executive Rewards, Corporate Finance, and Global Accounting Operations, among others
- Deepening accounting and financial reporting technical expertise from both recurring and nonrecurring activities
- Advancing process improvement and standardization in support of our Accounting & Controls Evolution journey and leadership of outsourced teams
