The Maintenance Asset Care Leader is responsible for leading and delivering differential improvement in the overall effectiveness, quality and sustainability of the team’s asset care strategies. They own Asset Care Strategy, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling process, CMMS health and data accuracy for their systems. Good communication skills, process rigor as well as strong technical knowledge in maintenance crafts, equipment design and function, manufacturing requirements, and maintenance processes are required to deliver effective maintenance strategies and process improvements.

Safety
Lead Human and Food Safety
- Cultivate Human Safety Culture that reduces risk to our people and communities by increasing capability to proactively discuss, identify and control risk.
- Cultivate Food Safety Culture that is committed to manufacturing safe food that is compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.
Asset Care Leadership
- Lead implementation of asset care strategies for the platform (90% of All A and B Assets) to deliver plant and department objectives (Budget, Reliability, Schedule etc.).
- Communicate and educate effectively across the platform team and plant leaders about the impact and tradeoffs between performance, cost and asset health. Communicate spending history and prediction by work type and category to assist in budget management.
