The Maintenance Supervisor provides front line safety and engagement-based leadership to achieve top tier results through maintaining their production systems. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for building capability in and delivering support to system area owners as well as shift team members supporting plant operations. The Maintenance Supervisor works to eliminate losses following a rigorous daily process that is data driven and focused on root cause elimination. The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable to improve the reliability of their systems through leading their team in maintenance foundational systems, technical problem solving and continuous improvement tools. The Maintenance Supervisor provides direct leadership to the department Maintenance Capability Specialists.
For this role, we anticipate the hours being roughly 7am - 4pm.

Specifically, responsible for leading machine safety improvements by assessing HSE risks, prioritizing safeguarding plans to eliminate critical exposures, collaborating on incident analysis to understand risk exposure, and developing safeguarding solutions that enable team members to fail safely.
