Key Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions for enterprise analytics
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• Troubleshoot data pipeline, performance, and system issues
• Work with real-time and streaming data (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
• Evaluate and implement modern data tools and technologies
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across data processes
• Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Lead small initiatives and contribute to enterprise data projects
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of experience in Data Engineering/ETL
• Minimum 2+ years of cloud experience (GCP preferred)
• Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and project ownership

• Experience in CPG/FMCG domain
